Right of Withdrawal (Reflection Period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Once the return has been received and approved, you will be refunded the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.

The costs and responsibility for return shipping from your address to our webshop are borne by you. These costs vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. Please consult the carrier’s website for current rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Silo-Airsoft:

• With all supplied accessories

• In its original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible

To register a return, please contact us at service@silo-airsoft.com. After registration and once the product has been returned in good order, we will refund the amount due within 14 days.

Condition of Returned Products

If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we reserve the right to charge for any resulting depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is securely packaged for return shipment.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return your original order in accordance with our return policy and place a new order via the webshop.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Have you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at service@silo-airsoft.com. We will do our best to amend the order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Return Form

Please use the button below to download and complete the return form. Include the completed form with your return shipment to ensure prompt processing.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 (CEST) are generally shipped the same day. Please note that this is a target, not a guarantee. In some cases, products may be temporarily out of stock, which can result in a longer delivery time.

An estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the stated delivery timeframe, we will inform you as soon as possible.

All prices shown on our website exclude shipping costs. Shipping fees depend on your delivery location and will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping Method

Delivery is carried out by FedEx or an appointed parcel delivery service. Orders are typically delivered within a few business days, between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

 

Important notice for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU):

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any brokerage charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering to determine whether additional costs may apply. Silo-Airsoft is only responsible for charging the transportation fee for your order and has no control over customs-related charges.
