Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmodified, in its original packaging, and complete with all included accessories and documentation. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or show signs of wear.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item following our return procedure. Once your return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused, unmodified, complete, and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
