Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:  You can find the estimated delivery times (based on your location) on the product pages and at checkout.

Q: My order should have arrived but it hasn’t yet, why is that?

A: We ship smaller orders such as patches in boxes small enough to fit through your mail slot. We do this to avoid having to charge relatively high shipping fees. This does mean the delivery can take a bit longer!

Q: Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

A: Yes, if you are not satisfied with your product you can return it to us and we will process your refund. Check out our return policy below!

Q: Will the skins fit on my gun?

A: We designed the skins to have margins for error so they fit perfectly on almost every variation of a gun. If you are uncertain please feel free to ask our team directly using the contact form.

Q: How long will a product be out of stock?

A: Most of our suppliers are local so we almost always restock a product within a week.

Q: Can I order a product that is not in stock?

A: Yes, your order will be processed the moment the product is back in stock.

Q: How is the quality of the products?

A: Not only are all of our products personally approved by Silo, but he uses most of them himself.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted.
